Home sick today. I am a teacher, and it is really difficult to make it through the day feeling like crap.
I did manage a 45min treadmill workout....not sure how I pulled it off.
I am also on the right track for eating today.
I am on Spark people and calorie counting. I am supposed to eat in between 1500-1800 calories a day. I'm usually on the higher end, but working out.
So pumped for the Biggest Loser tonight!! That show gives me major motivation!
